Department: Private Wealth

Key Responsibilities:

Performance 

• Manage private wealth team to distribute financial products, increase assets under management.
• Build distribution channels and partnership for our financial products.
• Hire and train staff to provide excellent products and services for clients.
• Set goals and KPI's for team and help sales staff achieve it.
• Have an existing book of high-net-worth clients, and help the clients transfer to Vietcap.

Operations 

• Oversee daily operations to ensure they are executed in line with agreed timelines, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure operational efficiency, risk control, and compliance across all wealth management activities.

Personnel

• Lead, recruit, develop, and retain top talent to build a high-performing, strategically aligned wealth management team.
• Provide coaching, performance feedback, and succession planning to ensure leadership continuity and team growth.

Budget Management

• Prepare and present the annual budget for executive review and approval.
• Manage resources effectively to deliver business performance within the approved budget.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in finance, economics, management, or related field.
• Requires 5+ years of financial services experience in sales management. Deep knowledge of how to service high net worth individuals.
• Strong knowledge of and experience of supporting managed accounts.
• Preferred candidate from bank, securities, or fund management firm.
• Detailed understanding of capital markets. Expertise in the financial services industry particularly in Vietnam local market.
• Proven track record in effective sales management, investment and effective recruitment, selection, and continuous employee development.
• Sound operational and risk management knowledge.
• Excellent financial acumen and strong analytical abilities.
• Result-oriented, proactive and creative.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
