Department: Corporate Finance Advisory

Report to: Head of Corporate Finance

Key Responsibilities:

• Investment Banking Transactions: Support and execute M&A, IPOs, private placements, restructuring, privatizations, and equity capital market activities.
• Valuation & Financial Analysis: Build and analyze financial models, including company valuations, comparable companies, and transaction benchmarks.
• Client & Team Collaboration: Coordinate with clients and internal teams, acting as a primary contact and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Meeting & Language Support: Prepare for meetings, including translation work where needed.
• Additional Responsibilities: Support other assignments as directed by the manager.

Job Requirements:

• Educational Background: Degree from a top Vietnamese or reputable international university. ACCA or CFA certifications are a plus.
• Experience: 3+ years (Associate) in corporate finance, banking, auditing, consulting, or asset management.
• Detail-Oriented & Dedicated: High attention to detail with a diligent approach to all work. Confident in presenting ideas to senior team members.
• Time Management: Skilled at prioritizing tasks and consistently meeting tight deadlines.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Language Proficiency: Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with a talent for building client relationships.
