WEALTH SENIOR MANAGER - HEAD OF PRIVATE WEALTH
Report to: Managing Director
Department: Private Wealth
Key Responsibilities:
Performance
- Manage and be accountable for the whole Wealth Management business's P&L
- Understand and utilize performance metrics and trends to align processes, people and set goals to meet high- net worth clients’ needs and expectations
- Ensure execution, long-term growth and profitability for high- net worth clients
- Find new clients, profitable expansion of the Private Wealth Advisor portfolio.
Operations
- Ensure routine and operations are being executed according to time, quality, and regulatory standards.
Personnel
- Oversee the recruitment, development, and transition of employees to ensure a high-performing and strategically aligned workforce.
Budget Management
- Prepare the annual budget for review and approval by executive team, and deliver against those.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in finance, economics, management, or related field
- Position requires 8+ year’s financial services operations experience with proven experience in sales management and leadership experience with deep knowledge of high net worth markets. At least 5 years of experience in Bonds
- Strong knowledge of and experience of supporting managed accounts
- Preferred candidate from bank, securities, or fund management firm
- Detailed understanding of capital markets. Expertise in the financial services industry particularly in Vietnam local market
- Proven track record in effective sales management, investment and effective recruitment, selection, and continuous employee development
- Sound operational and risk management knowledge
- Excellent financial acumen and strong analytical abilities
- Result-oriented, proactive and creative
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Vietnamese
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
