DIGITAL ADVISOR ASSOCIATE/SENIOR ASSOCIATE
Department: Digital Advisory
Report to: Digital Advisor Manager
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage customer account services for active customers & customers who need advice in digital services:
- Attract customers to open accounts through Vietcap’s digital channels
- Contact, consult and introduce to customers about Vietcap's products and services
- Guide and carry out account opening procedures for customers
- Encourage customers to use Vietcap accounts for stock investment transactions
- Build and maintain long-term sustainable relationships with old & new customers
- Use financial and securities knowledge to develop customers database
- Use and cultivate financial and securities knowledge to propose digital products, services and consulting
- Build channels to search, support and develop customers in cyberspace
- Perform other tasks as requested by Direct Manager.
Job Requirements:
- University degree holder in Finance/Banking/Economic/Accounting/Foreign trade or related disciplines
- Knowledge of financial markets/securities/customer service
- Good communication skills, persuasive abilities with customers
- Honest, enthusiastic, dynamic, and highly responsible at work
- Opportunities for new candidates without experience but with passion, diligence, and determination to commit long-term
- Experience and skills in telesales, business skills, teamwork skills
- Experience in handling securities transactions
- Preference for candidates with experience in the securities industry (Customer Service or Brokerage)
- Preference for candidates with knowledge of digital marketing
- Preference for candidates with a securities brokerage license (Must have for Senior level)
- Preference for candidates with knowledge and experience in stock filtering and analysis software (Amibroker, Metastock, etc.)
- Preference for candidates with Data Analytics certificate.
