Report to: Head of Investment Banking

Key Responsibilities:

• Recognize commercial opportunities in potential clients before they come to you.  
• Lead the daily execution of Investment Banking projects in the areas of Initial Public Offering, Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), capital raising, corporate restructuring, debt arrangement and/or other Investment Banking services.
• Support Head of Investment Banking in assessing and designing the deal structure and strategies.
• Act as coordinator between clients, investment banking deal team and other internal supporting teams.
• Support Head of Investment Banking in maintaining client relationships.
• Coach junior team members and take responsibility for their job quality. 
• Perform other relevant tasks, as required by Head of Investment Banking.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Finance/banking/accounting/auditing.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience with strong analytical skill, deal execution capability and the ability to work under high pressure and tight deadlines.
• ACCA/CFA is an advantage.
• Self-starter, highly motivated with a view to taking up team leader’s responsibilities.
• Ability to handle multiple projects at the same time.
• Solid computer and financial modelling skills.
• High level of English proficiency.
