HR ASSOCIATE
Key Responsibilities:
The Human Resource Associate is responsible for supporting various human resource functions, including: Training & Compensation and benefit
- Training & Development (50% of workload)
- Identify training needs and support the development of training programs aligned with company goals
- Assist in designing and managing training resources
- Conduct orientation programs for new hires to ensure a smooth onboarding experience
- Deliver approved training sessions on soft skills, technical competencies, and regulatory requirements
- Organize and manage Securities Training programs for employees
- Evaluate training effectiveness through surveys, assessments, and employee feedback
- Maintain training records, including employees’ Securities Practice and CFA Certificates
- Ensure compliance with training fee policies and manage reimbursement requests from departing employees
- Assist employees in applying for Securities Practice Certificates and maintain accurate certification records
- Report changes in securities practice certifications for new hires and resignations to the State Securities Commission
- Compensation and benefit (50% of workload)
- Prepare the labor contract signing procedure for new employees who successfully pass their probation period and keep the payroll section updated on salary and benefit changes. Notify employees who fail their probation about termination of employment
- Process monthly and quarterly payments for interns' allowances, Independent Directors, and the Board of Supervisors
- Organize annual health checks for employees
- Track changes in compulsory insurance for employees
- Control monthly time sheets
- Submit documents to the Social Insurance Office and Labor Office (if applicable)
- Submit personal income tax documents to the tax office in a timely manner
- Update HR information promptly
- Support HR Department Head to compute monthly payroll, Personal Income Tax, staff allowances and bonuses
- in accordance with company policies
- Make other statutory reports for relevant authorities
- Support HR Department Head to develop and implement C&B Policies
- Conduct, prepare data for salary survey
- Manage staff database, labor contract, overtime database
- Assist HR Department Head in annual salary review, performance evaluation, promotion programs, etc.
- Participate/ assist HRM in implementing team projects & initiatives.

- Conduct half-year and yearly HR reports
- Other duties related as assigned by the Human Resources Director from time to time.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor degree is required.
- Minimum 1 year experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified
- Experience of supporting Managers across a variety of departments
- Good command of English (listening, speaking, reading & writing)
- Good knowledge of using MS office applications (Word, Excel & Power Point)
- Effective verbal and listening communications skills
- Team working & personal impact
- High level of accuracy and attention to details
- Strong interpersonal skills and relationship management
- Experience in using HRM software is an advantage.
