HIRING SPECIALIST (Associate/Senior Associate)
HR ASSOCIATE/SENIOR ASSOCIATE – HIRING & TRAINING
Department: Human Resources
Report to: Human Resources Director
Key Responsibilities:
The HR Associate/Senior Associate (Hiring Specialist) is responsible for taking full ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding and ensuring recruitment activities are conducted efficiently and effectively.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies across multiple channels, including job boards, professional networks, and the Vietcap Careers page (Facebook & LinkedIn)
- Screen resumes and applications to shortlist top candidates. Conduct interviews via phone, video, and in person
- Collaborate with Hiring Managers to design interview processes and forecast staffing needs
- Track key recruitment metrics such as CV-to-offer ratio and source of hire to enhance hiring efficiency
- Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates for future hiring needs
- Strengthen employer branding and promote recruitment efforts through various platforms
- Conduct reference checks and maintain accurate recruitment records, including resumes, interview notes, and job descriptions
- Maintain a Masterfile of potential candidates for future opportunities
- Prepare and send job offers, negotiate employment terms, and manage onboarding documentation
- Oversee the internship program, including recruitment and intern documentation
- Organize and participate in job fairs and recruitment events.
- Support HR-related projects and other tasks as assigned by the Human Resources Director.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or similar HR roles
- Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices
- Experience in using social media and professional networks for talent sourcing
- Strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple roles simultaneously
- Ability to collaborate with managers across various departments and levels
- Experience in training and development is a plus
- Proficiency in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing)
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with attention to detail
- Experience with HRM software is an advantage.
