• Key Responsibilities:
  • Learn to become an CF Associate. You will primarily be to support the assigned sub-team with Investment Banking department. 
  • Functions will include:
  • Work on investment banking activities, including mergers & acquisitions, IPOs, private placement, restructuring, privatization and equity capital markets. 
  • Perform detailed valuations of companies, including building financial models, comparable listed companies analyses and comparable transaction analyses.
  • Industry research.
  • Translation work and meeting preparations; and
  • Other tasks assigned by Managers/Senior Associates.

• Job Requirements:

  • Fresh graduate from RMIT, FTU or University abroad with major in Finance/banking/accounting/auditing background.
  • ACCA/CFA is an advantage.
  • Prefer candidates with 1 year or have at least minimum 2 internships at either in investment banking, banking (as relationship manager and/or credit manager) or related areas such as auditing or asset management, with ability to analyse, assess and understand financial data.
  • Highly motivated with a view to taking up team leader’s responsibilities.
  • Ability to deliver high quality work within tight deadlines and highly independent.
  • Good computer skills.
  • High level of English proficiency (IELTS 7.0 above).
