SENIOR ASSOCIATE WEALTH ADVISOR

We are currently seeking a Wealth Advisor to join our dynamic team and focus on expanding our client base and managing client relationships.
Job Summary:
The Wealth Advisor will be responsible for identifying, acquiring, and managing relationships with high-net-worth individuals and affluent clients. This role requires a strong understanding of wealth management and financial planning. The ideal candidate will be proactive in seeking new business opportunities while maintaining and nurturing existing client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition: Proactively seek out and engage high-net-worth individuals and affluent clients through networking, referrals, and targeted marketing efforts.
- Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by providing personalized service and financial advice tailored to their unique needs and goals.
- Financial Planning & Investment Strategy: Work closely with the Portfolio Manager to conduct thorough assessments of clients' financial situations, ensuring a holistic view of their assets, liabilities, and financial goals, risk tolerance.
- Market Awareness: Stay updated on market trends, economic conditions, and financial products
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, to ensure a cohesive approach to client management and service delivery.
- Compliance: Ensure all client interactions and transactions comply with regulatory standards and company policies.
- Additional Duties: Undertake other responsibilities and projects as assigned by the WM Director.
Qualifications:
- Degree in finance, economics, management, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in wealth management, financial advisory, banking or a related field.
- Strong understanding of HNWI and affluent clients’ insights.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Securities Broker and Investment Consultant…) are preferred.
