Market wrap: VN-Index closes nearly unchanged

The VN-Index endured an up-and-down session on Tuesday before a jump at the end of trading caused it to close up by just two-hundredths of a percent. 

* VCB (+1.0%) rebounded from its loss on Monday and was the top contributor to the day’s small gain. Meanwhile, fellow banks VPB (-1.0%) and SSB (-1.5%) were among the day’s top contributing laggards. 

* Energy tickers POW (+1.5%) and PVD (+2.3%) climbed. 

* VHM (+1.0%) has advanced 6.2% over the last three trading days. Conversely, parent company VIC (-2.8%) retreated following its 7.7% gain over the previous two sessions. 

* Real estate developer DIG (+4.0%) has surged 13.5% since May 10.
