Real Estate Regulation Update - Decree 10 to ease legal bottlenecks for developers

On April 3, 2023, the Government issued Decree 10/2023/ND-CP (referred to hereafter as Decree 10) to amend and supplement some articles in decrees that guide the implementation of the Land Law. Decree 10 will come into effect on May 20, 2023.
