Macro Update - Recovery trend continues

According to the General Statistics Office of Vietnam (GSO), the country’s GDP increased by 5.33% YoY in Q3 2023, leading to a GDP growth of 4.24% in 9M 2023 (Q1: 3.28% YoY & Q2: 4.14%). This result is in line with our expectations. We therefore maintain our 2023 GDP growth forecast at 5.0% and 2024 GDP growth forecast at 7.0%.
