“Private lunch” is a client appreciation program organized by Vietcap Securities.
The event offers selected clients an opportunity to meet, exchange insights, and have lunch with Vietcap’s experts.
II. Scope and Timeline
Scope: Vietcap clients nationwide
Event Location: Ho Chi Minh City
Registration Period:
From now until May 07, 2026.
III. Eligibility
Participants must meet the following requirements:
- Individual clients who have a securities trading account with Vietcap.
- Clients with a minimum monthly trading value of VND 100 million at Vietcap.
IV. How to Participate
Registration:
Clients can register through the official registration link published on Vietcap’s Fanpage and Website.
Selection:
Eligible participants will be randomly selected.
Condition:
Participants must meet the trading value requirement stated above.
V. Prize
Grand Prize:
5 lucky clients will be invited to attend a private lunch with two Vietcap experts / guest speakers.

SORAE Restaurant – Bitexco Financial Tower, Ho Chi Minh City

11:30 – 13:00 | May 07, 2026
VI. General Terms
The selected client must sign a confidentiality agreement before attending the lunch.
The program is only for Vietcap clients and does not apply to Vietcap employees, including full-time staff and collaborators.
The lunch will be arranged and paid for by Vietcap.
Vietcap will only cover the cost of the lunch at the restaurant. Transportation, accommodation, and other expenses are not included.
All information shared during the lunch is confidential and must not be recorded, shared, or distributed in any form.
Vietcap reserves the right to make the final decision on all matters related to the program.
If there are unexpected issues affecting the event (such as venue changes or expert availability), Vietcap may adjust the venue or invite other experts with similar expertise.
If the selected winner cannot attend, Vietcap may select another eligible participant.
