Promotion Mechanics

Vietcap will award PNJ Commemorative Gold Coins valued at VND 9,000,000 per coin* to eligible customers who achieve winning positions under the program criteria.

In the event the featured gift is unavailable, an alternative gift of equivalent value will be provided.

Eligible Products & Services

  • The program applies to products and services provided by Vietcap, including:
  • Securities Trading Accounts
  • Listed securities trading services on the Stock Exchange
  • Eligible trading value includes matched orders in underlying securities such as listed stocks, bonds, covered warrants (CW), ETFs, and similar products.
  • Put-through (negotiated) transactions are excluded.

Eligibility & Participation

Qualified customers will be automatically enrolled in the program by the Vietcap system—no registration required.

The program applies to Vietnamese female individual customers trading underlying securities at Vietcap, including:

1. New Female Clients

Clients who:

  • Open a securities trading account from February 23, 2026 onward, or
  • Opened before February 23, 2026 but recorded no trading activity within the past 12 months (February 23, 2025 – February 23, 2026).
  • Accounts that were previously closed and reopened within the system are not eligible.

2. Existing Female Clients  

Clients who:

  • Opened their securities trading account before February 3, 2026, and Recorded at least one transaction within the past 12 months (February 23, 2025 – February 23, 2026).

Awards Structure

The Top 10 female clients  with the highest total trading value during the promotion period will receive a PNJ Commemorative Gold Coin, including:

  • 02 New Female Clients with the highest trading value
  • 08 Existing Female Clients  with the highest trading value

Additional Terms & Conditions

The program is exclusively for Vietcap customers and excludes Vietcap employees, investment advisors, collaborators, and promotion partners.

Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Vietcap will declare and pay all applicable Personal Income Tax (PIT) on prizes valued at VND 2,000,000 or above in accordance with Vietnamese tax regulations. Winners will receive the full announced prize value.

Customers are responsible for any additional costs (if any) related to prize receipt.

If a winner does not respond within 15 working days from the official notification date, Vietcap reserves the right to withdraw and reallocate the prize.

By participating, customers agree to all program Terms & Conditions as published.

In case of disputes, Vietcap will prioritize resolution through mutual discussion to ensure customers’ legitimate interests. If no agreement is reached, the matter will be resolved in accordance with Vietnamese law. Decisions by competent authorities shall be final and binding.

Prize Collection

Winners must provide accurate and complete delivery information (full name, phone number, address). Vietcap is not responsible for unsuccessful delivery due to incorrect or incomplete information.

Customers may choose one of the following options:

Collect the prize directly at Vietcap Securities Joint Stock Company 10 Nguyen Hue, Saigon Ward, Ho Chi Minh City

Receive the prize at their registered personal address.
