After rallying on Tuesday, the VN-Index suffered its biggest single-day loss since October 2 as it fell eight tenths of a percent on Wednesday. Large cap stocks especially had an impact as the VN30 Index slumped 1%, which was its largest daily decline in five months. VCB (-1.6%) was the leading contributor to the loss while fellow banks TCB (-1.4%) and VPB (-1.9%) were among the day’s top 10 contributing decliners. GAS (-2.3%) has fallen more than 3% over the past two days.
