On Wednesday, the VN-Index fell 3.1% to close at 811.35 — its lowest level since October 10, 2017. Markets throughout Asia were mostly down despite overnight gains on Wall Street as the Trump administration is considering a fiscal stimulus package to lessen the economic impact of the coronavirus outbreak.
