The VN-Index increased 2.8% on Tuesday, bouncing back from Monday’s 3.6% plunge, as shares rallied throughout Asia after the US Federal Reserve announced additional measures to support markets impacted by COVID-19. Vingroup tickers rebounded from steep losses on Monday. VHM (+7.0%) was the day’s leading contributing gainer, snapping a streak of five negative sessions in which its share price dropped 10%.
