The VN-Index advanced for a fifth day, closing just below last month's 10-month high. The index gained 3.51 points, or 0.6%, to 623.37 and has jumped 3.1% since last Thursday. GAS (+2.5%), which was the biggest contributor to the index, rose to its highest level since July 2015.
