Investors took a breather Wednesday after a hot start to the week. The VN-Index peaked above 627 before slumping in the afternoon to close down 2.30 points, or 0.4%, to 622.45 in a sign of normal profit taking. The market was led lower by blue chips VNM (-1.4%), VIC (-1.8%), GAS (-1.7%) and BVH (-2.4%).
