On Tuesday, the VN-Index snapped a streak of two consecutive positive sessions as it fell a mere five hundredths of a percent. VHM (-1.7%) was the leading contributing decliner; the company has only experienced two positive sessions since September 19. Conversely, VIC (+0.3%) and VRE (+0.5%) both increased. FLC (+6.8%) has surged more than 14% in the last two days amid news that its subsidiary Bamboo Airways plans to become listed on the stock market in 2020.
