* The Prime Minister issued Decision No. 2007/QD-TTg, dated December 7, 2020, which approves a legal scheme for ACV to manage and operate State-invested aviation infrastructure assets — including runways — until the end of 2025 while runway ownership will continue to belong to the Government. according to the Decision, the Ministry of Transport (MoT) will monitor ACV’s management and operations of State-invested aviation infrastructure assets. Additionally, the Decision allows ACV
