Market wrap: VN-Index hits two-week high, led by VCB, VIC and VHM. The VN-Index reached a two-week high as it closed up four tenths of a percent on Monday. VCB (+2.8%) was the leading contributor to the day’s gain and is now up more than 36% since the start of 2019. VIC (+1.7%) and its subsidiary VHM (+1.3%) both posted gains. EIB (+2.2%) climbed to a five-week high and STB (+2.2%) hit a two-week high.
