The VN-Index was flat for the second straight day after it inched down less than a tenth of a percent on Tuesday. It seems that the 1,000-point mark is a psychological barrier for investors as the index was once again on the cusp of breaking 1,000 points before declining. Banks weighed heavily on the index. VCB (-1.1%) was the leading contributor to the day’s miniscule decline as it dropped for the second day in a row.
