The VN-Index climbed to a three-week high and extended its winning streak to six straight positive sessions as it advanced by 1.0% on Wednesday. Financial tickers performed particularly well. VCB (+4.0%) surged and was the leading contributor to the day’s gain. BID (+2.8%) rose to its highest share price since April 2018 while MBB (+1.6%) hit a one-month high. GAS (+2.1%) has risen 4.3% so far this week. POW (+2.7%) experienced its largest daily increase in more than a month.
