The VN-Index fell for the third straight session as it dropped seven tenths of a percent on Tuesday. Notably, foreigners net sold USD12.3mn worth of shares. For the second day in a row, Vingroup stocks weighed heavily on the index. VIC (-3.2%) was the leading contributing decliner and has plunged 7% since February 14. In addition, VRE (-2.7%) and VHM (-0.8%) have slumped 3.8% and 1.8% over the past two days, respectively. SAB (-4.3%) continued to decline.
