Despite most Asian markets increasing in response to stimulus efforts to combat the economic impact of the coronavirus outbreak, the VN-Index dropped 1.1% on Tuesday, extending its losing streak to four sessions. The index finished closed at 659.21, which is its lowest level since August 23, 2016. For the second day in a row, VIC (-6.9%) was the leading contributing decliner. In addition, VHM (-6.9%) and VRE (-6.8%) both fell to the daily trading floor for the third consecutive session.
