The VN-Index jumped for a second day on Tuesday, closing up 1.2% and building on yesterday’s 1.9% surge. Trading value on HOSE rose to USD183mn. Today’s gain was largely thanks to VIC (+4.9%), the index’s biggest company by market capitalization, which hit a six-month high after soaring more than 10% over the last two days. Other top contributors included SAB (+1.9%), MSN (+2.6%) and VCB (+0.9%).
