Foreign reserves reach USD51 billion. The State Bank of Vietnam purchased more than USD3.5 billion today (USD3.3 billion from a Joint Stock Commercial Bank and the remaining amount from other banks), bringing Vietnam’s foreign reserves to around USD51 billion (vs USD46 billion reported a month ago).
