Vietnam made substantial achievements towards trade deals during APEC week. During the official visit of US President Trump with Vietnam's leadership following the APEC summit in Da Nang, the US and Vietnam signed a number of trade deals worth around USD12 billion, mainly in the aviation and oil & gas sectors.
