The VN-Index opened the new week by closing down eight tenths of a percent on Monday, snapping a three-session winning streak. Banks VCB (-3.0%) and BID (-2.5%) were the top two contributing decliners, respectively. CTG (-1.8%) and MBB (-2.2%) also fell, among others. Meanwhile, VPB (+2.4%) climbed to a one-week high. Among Vingroup tickers, VIC (-1.1%) and VRE (-2.1%) both dropped to their lowest share prices in more than three weeks. GAS (-1.4%) and PLX (-2.8%) decreased.
