The VN-Index dropped 2.9% on Thursday, reaching a 35-month low, as the coronavirus pandemic continues to weigh on investor sentiment worldwide. For the second day in a row, VCB (-4.8%) was the leading contributing decliner. Many other banks sank, including BID (-3.3%), CTG (-4.1%) and TCB (-3.9%), among others.
