Market wrap: Stocks sink, led by VIC and VHM. The VN-Index fell 1.3% on Friday. For the week, the index was down seven tenths of a percent. VIC (-1.7%) and its subsidiary VHM (-2.3%) were the top two contributors to the loss. Banks weighed heavily on the market as VCB (-1.6%), BID (-2.7%), TCB (-1.9%), EIB (-2.7%) and MBB (-1.4%) all slid. VNM (-1.2%) fell and dropped -3.7% during the week. Fellow food and beverage manufacturing tickers MSN (-3.1%) and BHN (-3.7%) also suffered losses.
