Market wrap: Stocks sell off on GAS, VIC, banks. The VN-Index fell sharply in the afternoon session to close down 1.5% on Friday, the index’s biggest one-day loss in almost two months. Trading value on HOSE jumped to USD504mn, with an MSN put-through transaction accounting for USD227mn. For the week, the market fell 0.9% for its first week of losses in four. GAS (-3.2%) was the top contributor to the day’s pullback as investors took profits after a 71% surge over the previous three months.
