New decree on SOE equitization should help accelerate SOE reform. Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc officially approved Decree 126/2017/ND-CP regarding the privatizations of State-owned enterprise (SOE), which will come into effect in 2018, replacing Decree 59/2011/ND-CP, Decree 189/2013/ND-CP and Decree 116/2015/ND-CP.
