Stocks rise as GAS leads rekindling of week-long rally. The VN-Index on Monday clawed back most of Friday's losses, closing at the high of the session, up 3.76 points, or 0.6%, to 659.47, the market's fifth day of gains in the last six. GAS (+1.6%) led the way as the top contributor to the index - and is up 10.3% since hitting a two-month low on July 28 - as Brent crude oil extended a two-week rally to above USD47/bbl in Asian trading today.
