Government hikes domestic petrol prices for second consecutive time in November. The MoIT and MoF announced an upward adjustment to retail petrol prices on November 20. Accordingly, prices of RON92 gasoline and bio alternative E5 were lifted by VND434 to VND18,580 and by VND385 to VND18,234 per liter, respectively.
