The VN-Index inched lower on Wednesday by a tenth of a percent, just off of its highest level since February 2008, reached yesterday. HCM (+2.1%) rose to an 18-month high, extending a 34% surge over the last four months, after announcing plans to lift its FOL to 100%. Meanwhile, SSI (-3.4%) dropped on news the brokerage plans to sell 10 million ESOP shares this year.
