Market wrap: Stocks lower on GAS, VJC. The VN-Index slid as much as 1.8% in the first hour of trading on Friday but recovered the rest of the session to close down just half a percent. For the week, the index dropped 1.3% for a third straight week of losses. GAS (-2.2%) was the top contributor to the pullback, hitting a one-month low after a 10% slump over the last two weeks. The price of Brent crude oil fell overnight to USD79/bbl.
