Market wrap: Stocks jump on VIC surge. The VN-Index had its best day in five weeks, jumping two percent on Monday. VIC (+7.0%) led the charge higher as the top contributor to the day’s gain along with its subsidiary, VHM (+2.4%). Banks also had a strong day, led by CTG (+5.0%), VPB (+6.9%), VCB (+1.5%), TCB (+3.1%) and HDB (+3.2%).
