The VN-Index broke a 10-day losing streak on Thursday, closing up one percent after US markets soared in overnight trading. GAS (+4.2%), which had been the top laggard for the first three days of the week, was the top contributor to the day’s gain as the price of Brent crude oil enjoyed a snap-back rally in overnight trading. PVD (+4.5%) and PVS (+3.5%) also recovered some of this week’s losses.
