The VN-Index was little changed on Thursday, closing down a tenth of a percent. Trading value on HOSE slid to USD167mn. Banks reversed yesterday’s gains to weigh on the index, led by VCB (-0.7%), CTG (-1.5%), BID (-1.0%), TCB (-0.7%) and MBB (-1.3%).
