The VN-Index closed up two tenths of a percent for a second day, extended its winning streak to nine days in a row. FPT (+5.6%) hit a fresh 10-year high and has jumped 13% so far this month amid investor speculation Q4 results will be strong. The Government also plans to sell part of its stake in the company next month.
