The VN-Index clawed back some of yesterday's sharp sell-off, closing up one percent on Wednesday. Trading value on HOSE sank to USD149mn while foreigners net sold USD20mn. The index was able to end the day in the green thanks to stark reversals in large caps such as VHM (+7.0%), VIC (+5.3%), MWG (+4.4%) and PNJ (+7.0%).
