The VN-Index was flat on Friday as it closed up by less than a tenth of a percent. For the week, the index dropped seven tenths of a percent. Furthermore, the index fell -2.8% for the month of November, breaking a streak of two straight positive months. VRE (+2.8%) was the leading contributing gainer as foreigners bought VND54bn (USD2.3mn) of its shares. HVN (+1.4%) and HPG (+1.1%) capped off a positive week in which they both gained 3.4%.
