The VN-Index just barely broke a streak of three straight negative session as it closed up a mere five hundredths of a percent on Wednesday. Throughout Asia, stocks were mixed after the US Treasury yield curve inverted overnight to its worst level in more than 10 years. VCB (+0.6%) was the leading contributor to the day’s small gain. Conversely, VIC (-0.4%) was the leading contributor among decliners. HVN’s (-1.4%) losing streak continued. The airline has dropped 9.5% over the past week.
