Market wrap: Stocks flat as banks weigh on market. The VN-Index was little changed on Monday, closing up less than a tenth of a percent. Trading value on HOSE remained moderate at USD174mn. Modest gains by large cap names such as GAS (+2.1%), VNM (+1.0%) and VIC (+0.3%) made the largest contributions the day’s small increase. VPB (+4.2%) led laggards, followed by a trio of fellow banks, VCB (-1.0%), CTG (-1.2%) and MBB (-2.1%).
