Market wrap: Stocks fall on VIC units, banks. The VN-Index kicked off the fourth quarter on a down note, sliding four tenths of a percent on Monday. The index rose 4.2% in Q3. Two VIC subsidiaries - VHM (-2.7%) and VRE (-2.7%) - were the top contributors to the day’s loss. Banks also weighed on the index, led by CTG (-1.8%), VCB (-0.8%), TCB (-1.7%) and BID (-1.3%).
