The VN-Index fell four tenths of a percent on Tuesday as 21 stocks in the VN30 basket declined. The index has not had a positive session since August 30. VIC (-0.5%) was the leading contributor to the loss. Vingroup subsidiaries VHM (-0.4%) and VRE (-0.9%) also fell. BVH (-3.6%) slumped; the insurance company has fallen nearly 18% over the last two months. HVN (-3.1%) continued its rough start to September as it has dropped almost 11% since the beginning of the month.
