Market wrap: Stocks extend slump. The VN-Index popped higher at the open but couldn’t stay in the green for long on Friday, closing at the low of the session down one percent. Trading value on HOSE was just USD140mn, well below the average of the past year of USD256mn. The index fell each day this week for a 6.1% pullback, its worst week since May, and has dropped for four straight weeks. VHM (-5.1%) was again the top contributor to the day’s loss and slumped 13% this week.
