Market wrap: Stocks extend rally, retake 1,000. The VN-Index rose more than 2% for a fourth day of the last five, jumping 2.1% on Monday to pop back above the 1,000 level. The index has spiked 10.7% since hitting an intraday low of 916 last Tuesday. The market's move higher today was broad-based among large-caps, led by VNM (+4.0%), VJC (+7.0%) and HPG (+5.3%). Financials enjoyed another strong day, including VCB (+4.0%), VPB (+7.0%), BVH (+4.6%), BID (+2.3%) and MBB (+4.1%).
